This is the world’s first dried powder of real wasabi. We have succeeded in turning only the best Japanese variety, the Mazuma variety, into powder by drying it at low temperature after harvesting and grinding it. The only raw material is wasabi. Just mix 1 part powder with 1 part water and wait 7 to 10 minutes to revive fresh wasabi. Unlike fresh wasabi, it does not need to be stored in the refrigerator, and can be stored anywhere at room temperature, so just take it out of the drawer when you want to use it. As it is a powder, it does not take up much space and is portable, so you can make fresh wasabi quickly even when you are out or abroad as long as you have water.
