●This organic sudachi ponzu sauce does not use any brewed vinegar, but instead uses a generous amount of organic citrus fruits to create its sour taste.

●We use plenty of domestic organic sudachi, yuzu, and yuko.

●The soy sauce is made from domestic organic whole soybeans (non-GMO).

・This is an organic brewed soy sauce that is brewed from wheat and aged for over a year.

●We do not use sugar, but malt syrup (the raw material, domestic potatoes, is non-GMO).

●We use raw salt that has been sun-dried.

●The organic rice fermented seasoning is made from organic pure rice cooking sake (salted type) made by fermenting domestic organic rice, rice koji, and water using sake yeast.
