Description
●We use plenty of domestic organic yuzu, yuko, and sudachi.
●The soy sauce is an organic honjozo soy sauce brewed from domestic organic whole soybeans (non-GMO) and wheat, and aged for over a year.
●The brewed vinegar is alcohol-free and uses organic pure rice vinegar made from 100% domestic organic rice.
●We do not use sugar, but malt syrup (the raw material, domestic potatoes, is non-GMO).
●We use raw salt that has been sun-dried.
●The organic rice fermented seasoning uses organic pure rice cooking sake (salted type) made by fermenting domestic organic rice, rice koji, and water using sake yeast.
